Paid members will receive an email with login instructions and the steps and tools for creating a robust profile on the platform. Hospitals that choose a free preview account will also receive an email with login instructions that will let them “take a peek under the hood.” (As a reminder, any profile you establish under your free preview will not be publicly visible or searchable.) This email will also provide instructions on how to purchase an annual membership plan – Basic, Pro, or Elite – to truly showcase your hospital. Membership allows you to create a publicly visible and searchable profile that highlights your laparoscopic and minimally-invasive capabilities, your surgeons, and your knowledge.
We recommend you carefully review the list of features/benefits above for each of the three membership levels – Basic, Pro, and Elite – then consider the degree to which each supports the goals in your strategic plan for marketing, revenue/profit, and professional/staff development.
No. LapSpayMyDog.com paid membership levels are billed on an annual basis. The fee reflects the development and ongoing work required to build, maintain, and upgrade the site on an ongoing basis.
Membership plans – Basic, Pro, and Elite – are paid plans. There is no free trial of any membership plan. The free preview account is not a membership plan.
Of course! If you are a paid member, log in through the Login Portal button on the site, then navigate to your Dashboard. You’ll see a tile titled Package Details and a link to Upgrade. If you have questions or run into any issues, simply send an email to support@lapspaymydog.com to let us know what you’d like to do. We’ll get back to you shortly.
We understand that goals and circumstances can change, so we allow you to downgrade your membership plan. Downgrading from a Basic membership would be a cancellation; see “Can I cancel my membership plan?” below. Upon request to us at support@lapspaymydog.com, we will downgrade your membership from Elite to Pro, Elite to Basic, or Pro to Basic, as you instruct us. NOTE: No refunds are available when you downgrade a membership plan.
Although we’d hate to see it happen, yes, you can cancel your membership plan at any time. Simply send an email to support@lapspaymydog.com to communicate your desire to cancel. If you cancel a membership, we will remove your profile from the site. NOTE: No refunds are available when you cancel a membership plan.
